Westhub ICT Center is hiring an experienced project manager to join us as a contract instructor and practitioner. You will train learners in modern project management practices while managing delivery on real client and product work.
What You Will Do
- Teach project management fundamentals: Agile and Scrum practices, planning, and stakeholder communication
- Guide trainees through running a project from kickoff to delivery using real tools and templates
- Run practical workshops on sprint planning, task tracking, and team communication
- Support or lead project delivery on live client and product engagements
- Help refine the project management curriculum based on real delivery experience
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional project management experience, ideally in software or digital projects
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices and common PM tools
- Prior teaching, mentoring or bootcamp instruction experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work remotely from within Nigeria
Engagement: This is a contract-based role with a flexible schedule built around training cohorts. Priority is given to instructors who can commit to a consistent weekly teaching schedule.
