Westhub ICT Center is hiring an experienced product designer to join us as a contract instructor and practitioner. You will train learners in UI/UX design fundamentals and tools while contributing design work to real client and product projects.
What You Will Do
- Teach UI/UX design fundamentals: user research, wireframing, prototyping and visual design systems
- Run hands-on Figma workshops and portfolio review sessions
- Guide trainees through a complete design process, from a brief to a polished, presentable prototype
- Contribute design work to live client and in-house product projects
- Give constructive, professional-standard feedback on trainee portfolios
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio
- Deep familiarity with Figma and modern design-system practices
- Prior teaching, mentoring or bootcamp instruction experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others grow
- Able to work remotely from within Nigeria
Engagement: This is a contract-based role with a flexible schedule built around training cohorts. Priority is given to instructors who can commit to a consistent weekly teaching schedule.
